We invite you to “Our Common Humanity,” an Interfaith Symposium on topics of interest and concern to members of all faiths in Southern California. We will address issues at the personal, family, and community levels. We hope you will join us for an afternoon of interesting conversation, and pleasant association. ​In these times, maintaining our interfaith relationships, and even friendships, is all the more important, and we believe that events like this Symposium help keep us connected, help us to build friendships that bridge our differences.

Vegetarian refreshments will be served afterwards.

In this unprecedented time when most of the world’s faith traditions are unable to meet for their usual worship services due to the COVID -19 pandemic, many traditions have begun to live stream and/or record their worship services so their faith communities and congregations can gather online. For this reason, we've created a page called Worshiping Without Boundaries where you can tune in to local communities who host services on some digital platform and we encourage you visit them. 

Who We Are

The Interreligious Council of Southern California is a unique model of interreligious cooperation and collaboration made possible by the rich and diverse population of the region. Founded in 1969, ICSoCal comprises members from the Hindu, Jewish, Buddhist, Christian, Muslim, Sikh, and Baha'i faith traditions.
